Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework for a small group of students living on campus. Coordinate extracurricular activities, transport students to events, and manage household cleanliness, organization, and safety while maintaining accurate records. Address behavioral issues using positive behavior supports, observe and report student progress, and communicate regularly with school staff and administrators. Implement school-wide policies consistently and fairly while helping students navigate personal challenges and set future goals.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
- Strong organizational skills
