Houseparents to live on campus at Milton Hershey School, responsible for creating a safe, nurturing home environment and supporting students’ daily routines, social and emotional growth, and character development. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household tasks, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering a sense of community. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity, personal growth, and making a lasting impact on children’s lives.
