Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework for a small group of students living in a family-like home environment. Coordinate extracurricular activities, transport students to appointments, and manage household cleanliness, budgeting, and safety protocols. Observe and report student progress, address behavioral issues using positive supports, and communicate regularly with school staff and counselors. This role serves as a critical link between the student home and the broader Community & Social Services department, requiring cultural competence and strong communication skills. Candidates must demonstrate integrity, emotional stability, and a commitment to the school's mission while navigating a structured schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
