Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework for a small group of students living in a family-like home environment. Coordinate extracurricular and community service activities while managing household cleanliness, organization, safety, and budgeting. Transport students to school activities and appointments, and serve as a critical link between the student home and broader school teams by observing progress and addressing behavioral issues. This role requires living on campus in a structured schedule that includes evenings and weekends, with a focus on cultural competence, patience, and empathy within the Community & Social Services department.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
