Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework for a small group of students living in a family-like home environment. Coordinate extracurricular and community service activities while managing household cleanliness, organization, safety, and budgeting. Transport students to school activities and appointments, and communicate regularly with school staff, teachers, counselors, and administrators. Observe and report student progress, address behavioral issues using positive behavior supports, and implement school-wide policies consistently. This role serves as a critical link between the student home and the broader school community within the Community & Social Services department.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
