Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, supervise homework, and transport students to school activities and events. Coordinate extracurricular, recreational, and community service activities while managing the student home's cleanliness, organization, safety, budget, and records. Communicate with school staff, teachers, counselors, and administrators to support individualized student plans and address behavioral issues using positive behavior supports. Serve as a critical link between the student home and the broader school community within the Community & Social Services department.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
