Houseparents

Provide on-campus care as a live-in Houseparent at Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household tasks, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering a sense of community to support students’ daily routines, social-emotional growth, and character development. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity and personal growth while making a lasting impact on children’s lives.
