Houseparents are live-on-campus caregivers at Milton Hershey School who support students’ daily routines, social and emotional growth, and character development while modeling positive values and life skills. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household tasks, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering a safe, nurturing sense of community. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and dedicated to making a lasting impact on children’s lives.
