Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework while transporting students to activities and appointments. Coordinate extracurricular and community service events, manage household cleanliness, organization, and safety, and handle budgeting and basic record keeping. Communicate regularly with school staff, teachers, counselors, and administrators to support individualized student plans and address behavioral issues using positive behavior supports. Observe and report student progress, help students navigate personal challenges, and set goals for their future within a nurturing residential environment.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
