Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School to create a safe, nurturing home environment for residential students. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household tasks, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering community, social and emotional growth, and character development while modeling positive values and life skills. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity and personal growth, with the desire to make a lasting impact on children’s lives.
