Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework while transporting students to school activities and events. Coordinate extracurricular, recreational, and community service activities to help students build life skills and resilience. Manage the student home's cleanliness, organization, and safety, including household budgeting, basic record keeping, and communication with school staff. Observe and report student progress, address behavioral issues using positive behavior supports, and implement school-wide policies consistently. Serve as a critical link between the student home and the broader school community by collaborating with clinical, educational, and residential teams.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
