Houseparents

Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School to supervise students' daily routines, support social and emotional growth, and foster character development while modeling positive values and life skills. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household duties, collaborating with educators and support staff, and building a sense of community. Ideal candidates are compassionate and organized, committed to diversity, personal growth, and making a lasting impact on children's lives.
