Houseparents

Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School to create a safe, nurturing home environment for students in a residential school setting. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, supporting students’ daily routines, promoting social and emotional growth, and modeling positive values and life skills. They collaborate with educators and support staff to foster a sense of community, manage household responsibilities, and contribute to character development while demonstrating compassion, organization, and a commitment to diversity and personal growth. This role focuses on daily engagement, mentorship, and creating a stable, family-like housing environment for students.
