Live-in Houseparents at Milton Hershey School to supervise daily routines, support students’ social and emotional growth, and model positive values in a residential setting. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household responsibilities, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering a sense of community. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity and making a lasting impact on children’s lives.
