Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School Moorpark, CA, and create a safe, nurturing home environment for students in a residential school setting. They supervise daily routines, support students’ social and emotional growth and character development, and collaborate with educators and support staff to foster community. The role involves supervising after-school activities, managing household responsibilities, and modeling compassion, organization, and commitment to diversity to support children’s well-being and growth.
