Houseparents

Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School to supervise students’ daily routines, support social and emotional growth, and model positive values. Responsibilities include overseeing after-school activities, managing household tasks, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering a sense of community to create a safe, nurturing home environment for students in a residential setting. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity and personal growth, with a lasting impact on children's lives.
