Houseparents live on campus and provide a safe, nurturing home environment for students in a residential school setting. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, supporting students’ daily routines, collaborating with educators and support staff, fostering a sense of community, and modeling positive values and life skills to support social and emotional growth and character development. The role requires compassionate, organized individuals committed to diversity and making a lasting impact on children’s lives.
