Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework for a small group of students while modeling positive behavior and reinforcing school values. Coordinate extracurricular and community service activities, manage household cleanliness and safety, and handle budgeting and record-keeping. Transport students to school activities and appointments, observe and report student progress, and address behavioral issues using positive behavior supports. Collaborate with clinical, educational, and residential teams to implement school-wide policies and help students navigate personal challenges. Live on campus in school-provided housing, follow a structured schedule including evenings and weekends, and participate in ongoing training.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
