Houseparents

Houseparents live on Milton Hershey School campus to create a safe, nurturing home environment in a residential school setting. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household tasks, collaborating with educators and support staff, and supporting students’ daily routines, social and emotional growth, and character development while modeling positive values. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity, personal growth, and making a lasting impact on children’s lives.
