Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework for a small group of students while modeling positive behavior and reinforcing school values. Coordinate extracurricular and community service activities, manage household cleanliness and safety, and handle budgeting and record keeping. Transport students to school activities and appointments, observe and report student progress, and address behavioral issues using positive behavior supports. Collaborate with clinical, educational, and residential teams to implement school-wide policies and help students navigate personal challenges. This role serves as a critical link between the student home and the broader school community within the Community & Social Services department.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
