Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework for a small group of students living in a residential home. Coordinate extracurricular activities, transport students to appointments, and manage household cleanliness, organization, and safety. Address behavioral issues using positive supports, report student progress, and communicate consistently with school staff and administrators. Implement school-wide policies, maintain basic record keeping, and help students navigate personal challenges while modeling the school's values. This role requires cultural competence, patience, and empathy within the Community & Social Services department. Candidates must have experience in education, social services, or residential care.
Required Qualifications
