Job Summary
Houseparents are needed at Milton Hershey School to live on campus and create a safe, nurturing home environment for students in a residential setting. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, supporting students’ daily routines, fostering social and emotional growth, and guiding character development while modeling positive values and life skills. The role requires compassionate, organized individuals who can collaborate with educators and support staff to build a sense of community and make a lasting impact on the lives of children.
