Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework for small groups of students. Transport students to activities, coordinate extracurriculars, and manage household cleanliness, organization, and safety. Address behavioral issues using positive supports, observe and report student progress, and communicate with school staff. Maintain household budgets, keep basic records, and implement school policies consistently. Live on campus in a structured schedule that may include evenings and weekends while participating in ongoing training.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
