Live-on-campus Houseparents needed at Milton Hershey School to housing a safe, nurturing home environment for students in a residential school setting. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household duties, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering a sense of community. Candidates should be compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity, personal growth, and making a lasting impact on children’s lives; strong skills in caregiving, classroom/home coordination, and youth development are valued.
