Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework time for a small group of students living in a family-like home environment. Coordinate extracurricular and community service activities while managing household cleanliness, organization, safety, and basic record keeping. Transport students to school activities and appointments, address behavioral issues using positive supports, and communicate regularly with school staff, teachers, and counselors. Observe and report student progress to help them navigate personal challenges and set future goals. This role serves as a critical link between the student home and the broader school community within the Community & Social Services department.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
