Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School to create a safe, nurturing home environment for students in a residential setting. They supervise after-school activities, manage household responsibilities, collaborate with educators and support staff, and foster a sense of community while supporting students’ daily routines, social and emotional growth, and character development. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and dedicated to modeling positive values and life skills to help children grow and thrive on campus.
