Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework time for a small group of students in a family-like home environment. Coordinate extracurricular activities, transport students to events, and manage household cleanliness, organization, and safety while maintaining accurate records and budgets. Address behavioral issues using positive supports, observe and report student progress, and communicate consistently with school staff, teachers, and counselors. Collaborate with clinical and educational teams to help students navigate challenges, build resilience, and achieve personal goals within the Community & Social Services department.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
- Strong organizational skills
