Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework time for a small group of students while modeling positive behavior. Coordinate extracurricular and community service activities, manage household cleanliness and safety, and handle budgeting and record keeping. Transport students to school activities and appointments, observe and report student progress, and address behavioral issues using positive behavior supports. Collaborate with clinical, educational, and residential teams to implement school-wide policies and help students navigate personal challenges. Work within the Community & Social Services department, following a structured schedule that may include evenings and weekends, while participating in ongoing training.
Required Qualifications
