Houseparents needed to live on campus at Milton Hershey School to create a safe, nurturing home environment for students in a residential school setting. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household duties, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering a sense of community while supporting students’ daily routines, social and emotional growth, and character development. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity and making a lasting impact on children’s lives.
