Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework time for small groups of students living on campus. Coordinate extracurricular activities, transport students to events, and manage household cleanliness, organization, and safety while maintaining a budget. Address behavioral issues using positive supports, observe student progress, and communicate regularly with teachers, counselors, and administrators. Work within the Community & Social Services department to implement school-wide policies and help students navigate personal challenges. Follow a structured schedule that may include evenings and weekends, with ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
