Houseparents

Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School to create a safe, nurturing home environment for students in a residential setting. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household responsibilities, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering a sense of community. Ideal candidates are compassionate and organized, committed to diversity and personal growth, and focused on modeling positive values and helping students develop social, emotional, and life skills.
