Houseparents

Houseparents live on campus at a residential school and help create a safe, nurturing home environment. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household responsibilities, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering a sense of community. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity, personal growth, and making a lasting impact on students’ daily routines, social-emotional development, and character.
