Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework for a small group of students living in a family-like home environment. Coordinate extracurricular activities, manage household cleanliness and safety, and handle basic record keeping while maintaining communication with school staff. Transport students to activities and appointments, observe and report student progress, and address behavioral issues using positive behavior supports. Collaborate with clinical, educational, and residential teams to implement individualized student plans and school-wide policies.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
