Job Summary
Live-in Houseparents at Milton Hershey School provide a safe, nurturing home environment on campus for students. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, supporting daily routines, guiding social and emotional growth, fostering character development, managing household tasks, and collaborating with educators and support staff to build a sense of community. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and dedicated to modeling positive values and life skills while supporting students’ well-being and personal growth.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with children or youth preferred
- Ability to live on campus and work variable hours
