Houseparents

Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School to create a safe, nurturing home environment for students in a residential school setting. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household responsibilities, collaborating with educators and support staff, supervising daily routines, supporting students’ social and emotional growth, and fostering a sense of community while modeling positive values and life skills. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity, personal growth, and making a lasting impact on children’s lives.
