Houseparents

Houseparents to live on campus at Milton Hershey School, supervising after-school activities, managing household responsibilities, and fostering a safe, nurturing home environment for students. Responsibilities include supporting daily routines, promoting social and emotional growth, guiding character development, modeling positive values and life skills, collaborating with educators and support staff, and cultivating a sense of community. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity and personal growth, with a passion for making a lasting impact on children’s lives.
