Live-in Houseparents on the Milton Hershey School campus to supervise after-school activities, manage household responsibilities, collaborate with educators and support staff, and foster a sense of community while supporting students’ daily routines, social-emotional growth, and character development. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and dedicated to creating a nurturing environment that promotes safety and lasting positive impact on students’ lives.
Required Qualifications
