Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework time for a small group of students living on campus. Transport students to school activities and appointments, coordinate extracurricular and community service events, and manage household cleanliness, organization, and safety. Address behavioral issues using positive behavior supports, observe and report student progress, and implement school-wide policies consistently. Collaborate with clinical, educational, and residential teams to help students navigate personal challenges and build life skills. Maintain household budgets, keep basic records, and communicate regularly with school staff, teachers, and counselors. This role requires living on campus in a structured environment with evening and weekend shifts, offering opportunities for professional growth within the Community & Social Services department.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
