Houseparents

Live-in Houseparents at Milton Hershey School to supervise after-school activities, manage household responsibilities, and collaborate with educators and support staff to create a safe, nurturing home environment for students. Responsibilities include supporting students’ daily routines, social and emotional growth, and character development while modeling positive values and life skills, fostering a sense of community, and making a lasting impact on children’s lives. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity and personal growth.
