Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework time for a small group of students living on campus. Transport students to school activities and appointments, while coordinating extracurricular, recreational, and community service events to build life skills. Manage the student home's cleanliness, organization, and safety, including household budgeting, basic record keeping, and communication with school staff. Observe and report student progress, address behavioral issues using positive behavior supports, and help students navigate personal challenges and set future goals. Follow a structured work schedule that may include evenings and weekends, with ongoing training and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
