Houseparents

Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School to supervise students after-school activities, support daily routines, and foster social and emotional growth, character development, and a nurturing home environment. Responsibilities include supervising activities, managing household responsibilities, collaborating with educators and support staff, and cultivating a sense of community. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity and making a lasting impact on children’s lives.
