Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework time for small groups of students. Transport students to school activities and coordinate extracurricular, recreational, and community service events. Manage household cleanliness, organization, and safety while handling budgeting, basic record keeping, and communication with school staff. Observe student progress, address behavioral issues using positive supports, and implement school-wide policies consistently. Collaborate with clinical, educational, and residential teams to support individualized student plans and help students navigate personal challenges.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
