Houseparents

Houseparents at Milton Hershey School live on campus and create a safe, nurturing home environment for students in a residential setting. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household tasks, supporting students’ daily routines, and fostering social-emotional growth, character development, and a sense of community. Collaborates with educators and support staff to promote a positive school culture. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity and personal growth.
