Houseparents at Milton Hershey School live on campus to create a safe, nurturing home environment for students in a residential school setting. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, supporting students’ daily routines, fostering social and emotional growth and character development, collaborating with educators and support staff, and modeling positive values while building a sense of community. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity and making a lasting impact on children’s lives.
