Houseparents

Houseparents live on Milton Hershey School campus and help create a safe, nurturing home environment for residential students. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household duties, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering a sense of community while modeling positive values and life skills. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity and personal growth to make a lasting impact on students’ lives.
