Houseparents

Houseparents at Milton Hershey School live on campus to create a safe, nurturing home environment for students in a residential school setting. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household responsibilities, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering a sense of community to support students’ daily routines, social and emotional growth, and character development. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity, personal growth, and making a lasting impact on children’s lives.
