Houseparents

Houseparents live on Milton Hershey School campus to provide a safe, nurturing home environment for students in a residential setting. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household tasks, collaborating with educators and support staff, fostering a sense of community, and supporting students’ social and emotional growth and character development while modeling positive values and life skills. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity, personal growth, and making a lasting impact on children’s lives.
