Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School to create a safe, nurturing home environment for residential students. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, supporting students’ daily routines, promoting social-emotional growth and character development, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering a sense of community.
