Houseparents

Houseparents live on Milton Hershey School’s campus to create a safe, nurturing home environment for students in a residential setting. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household duties, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering a sense of community while supporting students’ daily routines, social and emotional growth, and character development. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity and personal growth, and aim to positively impact children’s lives.
