Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework for a small group of students. Coordinate extracurricular activities, manage household cleanliness and safety, and handle budgeting and record keeping. Transport students to school events and address behavioral issues using positive behavior supports while collaborating with clinical and educational teams. Observe and report student progress to help them navigate personal challenges and set future goals. This role requires living on campus with a structured schedule that may include evenings and weekends, alongside ongoing training. Candidates must demonstrate cultural competence, strong communication skills, and a commitment to the school's mission of nurturing personal growth.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
